Newly-elected to the U.S. House of Representatives for the 6th district, Republican Andy Barr is my guest on the next edition of One to One, Sunday, Nov. 11 at 1/12 noon CT on KET.
The congressman-elect was successful in the Nov. 6th election, defeating incumbent Democrat Ben Chandler by almost 12,000 votes.
This won’t be Barr’s first job in Washington. As a fresh graduate of the University of Virginia, Barr took a position as a legislative assistant to Missouri Congressman Jim Talent.
In this preview of a more extensive interview on One to One, I asked Barr about his work inside the beltway years ago.
