About Cynthia Warner
Cynthia Warner has been an education consultant for KET since 1999. She serves the pubic schools, colleges, and universities of the southeastern part of Kentucky. As consultant for this region of Kentucky, Cynthia provides free consultations, professional development, and student workshops that incorporate KET’s vast, highly engaging array of educational resources and services into effective teaching and learning practices.
After having graduated from Morehead State University, Cynthia ventured to Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 1995, where she taught drama and English at Hoover Middle School. She returned to Kentucky in 1997 with her husband, and began teaching drama, English, and media at her high school alma mater, Nicholas Co. High. She later served as an arts and humanities consultant for Nicholas and Robertson Co. Schools until 1999. She now resides in Richmond, Ky., with her wonderful husband, delightful son, one comical dog, and two very loyal cats.
