Program highlights:
Internationally renowned for alluring stage productions and songs of inspiration, Celtic Woman presents a new chapter of musical enchantment. Celtic Woman — Believe was filmed at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta with an array of visual and musical effects, including a 20-piece orchestra and the 16-piece Atlanta Bagpipe Band. The programs airs Saturday, Dec. 3 at 8/7 p.m. CT on KET2.
Jackie Evancho, the America’s Got Talent sensation, now has her own Great Performances special in “Jackie Evancho: Dream With Me in Concert.” The 11-year-old’s solo concert with famed producer David Foster — coinciding with the release of her first full-length solo album, Dream with Me — includes “When You Wish Upon a Star,” “All I Ask of You,” and “O Mio Babbino Caro.” The program airs Saturday, Nov. 26 at 8/7 p.m. CT on KET and Sunday, Nov. 27 at 4/3 p.m. CT on KET2.
Filmed in China, Riverdance Live in Beijing celebrates the show’s 15th anniversary. In December 2009, Riverdance embarked on a 12-city tour of China, a first for any international show. The program airs Wednesday, Nov. 30 at 10/9 p.m. CT on KET.
Rain: A Tribute to the Beatles is a multi-media, multi-dimensional experience featuring a quartet of musicians who look and sound like the Fab Four. The program examines the group from the earliest beginnings to their later years. The program airs Saturday, Nov. 26 at 9:30/8:30 p.m. CT on KET and Monday, Nov. 28 at 10/9 p.m. CT on KET2.
Suze Orman’s Money Class, based on her latest book, reveals her expert advice on what actions people should take in light of the new economy. The program airs Sunday, Nov. 27 at 7/6 p.m. CT and Tuesday, Nov. 29 at 8/7 p.m. CT on KET.
Easy Yoga for Arthritis with Peggy Cappy teaches viewers exercises designed to address joints that have stiffened with age or become less mobile from injury or inactivity. The program airs Saturday, Nov. 26 at 12:30 p.m./11:30 a.m. CT and Sunday, Nov. 27 at 10/9 a.m. CT on KET.
